LEMAJ DEVELOPMENT

Lemaj has developed 3 acres in the Des Moines area of Industrial Condominiums on a lease to own bases. This project has created 5 new companies and 15 jobs. Lemaj also provides a incubator services environment for these companies.

Reception was significant to the point where Lemaj is currently looking for an additional location for our next incubator project.
